i have a much slower speed in forward than reverse can anyone help

0 Not fully engaged in gear is the reason why I have had the problem. Check the amount of engagement by holding the lever in gear fully.

0 That same spring for the gear controls the foot pedal. The tension on the lever and pedal may need to be replaced with a new spring.

0 i have a bolens lk 910-02 make sure your mower is fully in gear or the condition of speed comes in to play
