Question About Bolens Chipper 247-203B-000
Tecumseh model 203b engine speed...

My chipper-shredder-vacuum will start but the engine speed does not run fast enough to suck any leaves up or to self propel the unit. Is there a carberator adjustment to check? What could the problem be? I put a fresh tank of gas in the unit after I blew aut all the hoses.
