i got the blue rhino endless summer portable outdo...

i got the blue rhino endless summer portable outdoor heater. after bout 45mins to a hour of being on the flamme goes really low as if it is almost out of propnane. but when i check there is still propane in the tank. also the tank gets really cold(icey) is that normal? what should i do?
