Question About Black & Decker Trimmer GL560C
I have a Black & Decker Reflex Strimmer model GL 5...

I have a Black & Decker Reflex Strimmer model GL 560C and I have replaced the spool & line, but it does not let the line out when it wears down. Should there be a spring on the white plastic ratchet piece that the spool fits into?
