I just acquired an old B&D Electric lawn Mower (with the Looooooong extension cord). On the other side from the On lever, there is another switch that is not marked. I've found a diagram that says the cable it is attached to is a "control cable". I'm trying to find out what the lever/control cable does. Thank you
