Charged the battery this winter and then stored. ...

Charged the battery this winter and then stored. I checked the battery lights. The charge retangular lights are not lit but the 3 green right arrow lights are. Cannot find info in the manual. What do the latter indicate? Thank you, sderrick9319@gmail.com
