Question About Ariens Snow Blower 924124-ST926DLE, 924125-ST11528LE, 924126-ST11526DLE, 924127-ST11528DLE, 924128-ST1332LE, 924335-ST926DLE, 924336-ST11526DLE, 924337-ST11528DLE, 924338-ST1332LE, 924516-ST1332DLE, 924517-ST1336DLE
Wheel won't turn in reverse...

No power to wheels in reverse-won't move. Foward OK. I think I need to take some slack out of clutch cable but, I can't turn allen set screw that holds what looks like an adjustment bar at end of cable. Does that screw turn to loosen bar or is there something else I need to do?

0 Old tension spring was broken. So I need to know how to change this and where is location and also excatly location to fix it back. Thanks SK
