Question About Ariens Snow Blower 924118 - 8524
tynes won't move...

electric start would not turn tynes over. Then it "burnt out". I tried to manually turn the tynes over, but found a pop can jammed in tynes. Took it out but tynes still won't turn and electric start wont work. Something is ceased.
