Question About Ariens Snow Blower Sno-Thro 920001- ST624E
The engine is not Idle...

I recently serviced my Snow blower and when I turned it on few days ago to make sure it was running properly, I noticed that the engine is not idle. I was told that I need to adjust the needle Valve. Any idea on how to do proceed. Thanks for your help.
