0 This engine is a 4-cycle engine, NOT 2-cycle, therefore, it uses a float carb. The kit is available anywhere.......and includes the needle, spring, seat, bowl gasket, float pin.....and, if your float is brass, replace it with a white plastic float; the brass floats were prone to leaking. they would fill with fuel, become heavy, and cause the engine to run over-rich.
