Question About Ariens Snow Blower 932140
does'nt start...

Hi, this blower was not used since last season and today I tried to start it...but it did not start..both by the electric starter or the pull. Gas is there, oil is fine...could it be the primer? Choke is turned to max, speed is all the way up..Or could it be the plastic key? Unit is literally brand new..It worked fine last year..
