During cold weather (20 degrees or less) cable to control directional flap up or down (at top of chute) doesn't function - freezes in one position. Frees up only after heat is applied to cable housing or when weather warms. Attempted to work with seller (hardware store) only got static. Claims Ariens has not had any similar problems. Anyone else having similar issues? If so, please provide suggestion/solution. Thanx much!
