My tractor will not run unless I pour fuel into the carburetor. I may have a low fuel pressure problem because the fuel filter is not full but there is a small full flow. I read about the fuel tank being lower than the engine but it is exactly as it came from Home Depot. I cannot find the manual for the Model #936042, just the 936041
