Fuel pump...

The fuel pump quit working and I bought 2nd hand without a manual. What can you tell me about location, removal, repair?

1 I am having trouble with my electric starter on my 1648. When I turn the key all I get is a click. I have checked the battery and it is fully charged and working fine. How hard is it to remove and can I rebuild it or do I have to try and find a replacement? Thanks, I am also looking for a manual.
