Question About Ariens Lawn Mower 915055 - 1944, 915057 - 2148, 915059 - 2352, 915065 - 1540, 915067 - 1740, 915501 - 1844, 915502 - 1540
exhaust...

The bolts keep coming loose from the engine at the exhaust flange that connects the muffler. I cannot even find a wrench that will fit in there to tighten the bolt. Anybody else having this problem and how are you repairing it?

0 I had same problem and to access the bolts you will need to remove the muffler (which inhibits getting a tool to the bolt head) and then I had to purchase a socket style allen wrench to remove bolt. I then went to a larger size bolt and drilled out the flange and cylinder head to accommodate the new larger bolt. Works fine and stays tight. I replaced the original bolts 4-5 times before enlarging opening, so I am trying to save you some time.
