Started losing power, then stalled as I was mowing. I cleaned the air filter, primed it and the engine would not start. I took out the spark plug and it was dirty. I cleaned it but there was no gas getting to the plug. Question is it because something is plugging the fuel line or some debris has got into the fuel metering valve. Help. I have never had a problem starting the mower in over 20 years. Thanks
