Received a part under warranty that needs to be installed under the junction box cover and the screws used to hold this cover onI have never seen before. I have been in the machine building industry for over 35 years and have never seen this type of screw head. Your phone service people should gave informed me of this. It us Father's day and I wanted to take care if this around 7 or 8 in the morning. It is now 10 am and I haven't been able go do a thing with it. Call me at 443-243-0768. Don Wunder
