Our A-KO has reduced power to the drive wheels. They turn but dont have the power to aid it up slopes. It also moves more slowly than it used to before it was professionally serviced. The Manual says nothing to help. What has happened?

0 I ought to add the mower was new last September. The service was to change the first oil.
