my trimmer wont run. I was using it and it came to a slow stop and now it wont start. I think I may have a fuel supply problem. What do you think

I wan't to download a workshop manual for my trimmer. I am having trouble starting the trimmer and when it does it will only run on full choke. I have cleaned the carburetor and replaced fuel lines. it also pressurizes The Fuel tank and pushes all the fuel out of the tank.

Product Problem: running

with choke on it starts fine. but after i hit the throttle lever it only runs for about10-15 seconds. almost sounds like it not getting enough gas. i had to replace the line from the gas tank to the carb. could the gas pickup filter be messed up and not letting gas through?.

I had the same trouble. I finally replaced the fuel filter in the tank and solved the problem. You may have to use a generic filter as I did, but it works fine. Now I replace the filter every spring. Good Luck!!
