cannot find this model # anywhere! except on the snowblower itself,and it's as clear as can be.312-630 b.it's a 2 stage w/tecumseh engine h50-65198j.all the diagrams show snow flites w/ throttle control on the plate that spans the handlebars.mine has no place for a throttle control box,only the speed control.

The engine starts right up when pull ,but it is hard to stop it .Turn off key won't help.
I have to pump the gas several time to stop the engine.
Please help.
