  Non Drive Wheel    I am having difficulty with the non drive wheel on the snowblower. In reviewing the manual it appears that I do not have the two retaining rings part # 239 key 678. There is a washer that looks like a crown on the axle. This does not appear on my diagram. Was there a change in the parts list? In any…
