Yourweatherstationofferstheabilitytosetalarmvaluesformanyofthemonitoredproperties.HeavyWeather
Proallowsyoutoconfigurethesealarmsrightfromyourcomputer.Thesealarmsettingsarethenalsotransferred
totheweatherstation.
Tosetanalarm,locatetheiconthatlookslike
analarmclocknexttothevalueyouwishtosetan
alarmfor.
Notethatthereisbothahighandlowalarmvalueformostoftheproperties,andbesuretochoose
theonecorrectone(orboth)foryourneeds.
Note:WindDirectionandWindGustprovideasinglealarmvalue.
Doubleclickthealarmclockiconandthealarmconfigurewindowforthatpropertywillappear.
Movetheslidercontroluptoincreasethealarmtriggervalue,anddowntodecreasethetrigger
value.Clickthe“Active”checkboxto
enablethealarm,clicktheOkbutton,andyou’reallset!
Thealarmiconwillappeargreentoindicatethatitisactive.
Whenthetemperaturereachesthetriggervaluethatyouhaveset,theweatherstationwillbeep
andthealarmiconwillflashredtoalertyouthat
analarmhasbeenactivated.
Note:YoucansilencethebeepbypressingtheAlarmbuttonontheweatherstation,butyouneedto
removetheActivecheckmarkintheAlarmconfigurationwindowtodeactivatethealarmentirely.
