Save the receipt and these instructions. It is important that you read this entire instruction sheet to
become familiar with this product before you begin using it.
Warning: Always wear ANSI approved safety goggles, full face shield, and dust mask or respirator
when working with the Wire Cup Brush.
Warning: Never exceed the recommended maximum safe speed RPM.
2-1/2” Wire Cup Brush: 12,500 Maximum RPM
3” Wire Cup Brush: 12,500 Maximum RPM

Before using the Wire Cup Brush:
1. Inspect the brush and spindle for rust, damage or other kinds of deterioration. Never use the Wire
Cup Brush if damage is noted or if the brush is functioning improperly (losing filaments or is out of
balance).
2. Read and understand all warnings and instructions provided in the instruction manual of the power
grinder being used.
3. Make sure the maximum safe speed RPM on the Wire Cup Brush exceeds the “no load”
speed of the power tool being used.
4. With the power grinder’s electrical cord unplugged, install the Wire Cup Brush securely on the
power grinder.
5. The user of the power grinder, and all spectators in the work area must wear ANSI approved safety
goggles, full face shields and dust masks or respirators.
