TO AVOID KICKBACK
1. Hold the chain saw rmly with both
hands.
2. Don’t let the nose of the guide bar
contact any obstruction.
3. Tip contact may suddenly move the
guide bar upward and backward,
which may cause serious injury.

Make sure the decal is legible and that you under-
stand and follow the instructions on it. If a decal
cannot be read, a new one can be ordered from
your ECHO dealer.
