won't start

i replaced the spark plug, did and oil change, and put new gas in the unit. the cord did pull and sound like its starting, but it never actually starts. now the pull cord doesnt fully pull out, and no sound comes from the engine.

    I changed the oil and put in fresh gas. did not change the spark plug. its not getting the gas
