Deck Leveling

How do I level the deck of my Murray/Huskee 40" mower? I need to know both side-to-side leveling and front to back. it seems the height adjustment control just lifts the back of the deck - the front stays low and scalps the lawn. Also if a pdf of the manual is available it would be wonderful!!! Murray no longer supports this model (I would think there would be a liability issue without manuals, but who am I to say...).
