Coleman Portable Generator PMO545202.01

Engine oil filling

I do not have any kind of manual. There are 2 oil fill caps (One high and one low indicating 2 reservoirs) and 2 drains one on either side of the block ... Can either set be used to drain and refill or should all 4 be used? What then is the correct fill level.
