Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower Pony
My lawn mower cut off while I was cutting my grass...

My lawn mower cut off while I was cutting my grass. The blade just stop cutting. So I cut mower off and try 2 start it back up,it wouldn't start up sounds like something is locked up? I need help,what wrong?
