Cub Cadet Grass Trimmer Series CC3000

My Dad has a CC that says 3000 Series on it. The model/serial number sticker under the seat is unreadable. He needs 2 belts and no one seems to be able to help. It has a 54 inch mowing deck and he thinks it's around 25 hp. An owners manual, parts manual or any information for this rider would sure be appreciated.
