The green light comes on, but will not go into pressure mode. There is no sound coming from the engine. Even when I click the set and buttons on the machine and on the plug, the machine indicates a green light, but no sound. Water comes out of the gun, but not high pressure. What might the problem be? Do you have a guide for problem solving on this sight for this model?
