I have never had to make this adjustment, but this is how it would be performed:
A: Lossen nuts on the four carrage bolts holding the rear axel to the frame.
B: Turn the nut on the adjustment screw at the right rear wheel to obtain to desired chain tension. Make certain that both ends of the axel shift an equal amount.
C: Tighten the axel mounting nuts.
