Husqvarna Lawn Tractor LGT2654

Water in fuel

I have a Husqvarna LGT2654 lawn tractor that apparently has water in the fuel. The manual says to drain all the fuel from both the gas tank and carburetor. I've siphoned out all the fuel in the gas tank, but how do I empty the carburetor?
