muffler, also where to drain the oil and gas from

I am not sure what one thing is on my mower--I think it is the muffler. I need a manual to know where to drain the oil and gas from. I have ethonol (unkowingly) in my mower and I have been told it is bad for it. I want to drain it out and change my oil, but I don't know how. I am 55 and live alone and cannot afford to have it done.
