Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower Pony
2008 Troy bilt pony lawn tractor...

Does nothing when I try to start it; doesn't even try to start, has new fuse, battery and solenoid and the starter checks out fine. Any idea what the problem is, I'd appreciate any help I can get (I have 3 riding mowers and each one is messed up right now!)

0 I am having the same problem with my 2005 Troy Bilt lawn tractor, except my wants to crank. The positive cable gets hot to the touch, I recently discovered, but no dice. I can jump start the thing but the tractor acts as if there isn't enough juice when turning the ignition without jumping it off.
