Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor LT1042

Will Not Start

Unit is 2 years old and will not turn over to start, have changed plug, new battery and 20 AMP fuse. I notice the starter unit smokes a little after turning over once or twice. It will not turn completely over just about a half turn then it stops and still will not start. Any help is lots better than what I have now. Thanks, John
