bought used tiller how do you get wheels to move without engine running?

    The tuffy tillers cannot be put in neutral to roll. These machines require removing the pins securing the wheels to the axle, moving the wheel in toward the frame of the machine, and putting the pin through just the hole in the axle. This will put the tiller in freewheel mode. The wheels should only be left like this for transportation. If the wheels aren't pinned to the axle during operation the tiller will run away from the operator.
