I purchased my mower in 2000. I have just had extensive deck repair completed and all belts replaced. I started it today and made one cut the length of my yard and the mower shutdown and won't start again. I checked each of the obvious things; gas, filter, oil etc. and all OK. The battery was tested and is cranking the correct amount of amps. Could the starter have died? In addition, I need a copy of the owner's manual for I recently moved and have been unable to find mine.
