I want to pivot the front wheels but I can't get them to work

    I just got one of these at a yard sale. There is a "squeeze" handle right under the top edge of the motor housing. You have to squeeze it - might take a bit of muscle - and then turn the front wheels in the direction shown and also the back wheels. That is the key - the "hidden" handle.
