Poulan Gas Chainsaw 2250

There is a aluminum cast part which spins as you pull the crank line. It has curved veins and some locking points so as to lock when you crain and let go when it starts. I need this cast part. Ican not find the name of it or the serial number. All I can tell you is that the family # is VPW 042UB24RA:EM
