Blue Rhino Patio Heater GWU511A

Burner will not come on.
Posted by ctwent on Apr 22nd, 2008 at 10:00pm

The pilot will light and stay lit. Turn the control to Low heat and every thing goes out. I suspect the thermocouple is not working, but I can find where to purchase a new one. Or is there an other problem I should be working on?

Please Help, CRAIG

I have the same problem with mine... as soon as i release the control knob to turn the burner on the pilot light goes out. Also... it appears that the valve is not opening to allow propane to flow to the burner. Is the valve replaceable?
