I broke the Air filter cover that attaches to the base covering the air filter. Where can I obtain a new one?

    I bought a homelit backpack leaf blower. I was told it is either a 1998 or 1999 belonging to his father. It had no spark plug.I am trying to find out what size sparkplug and an owners manual. Can anyone help me?
