Troy-Bilt Gas String Trimmer

Hiow to repair "Spring Assist Starter"

The starter rope will not retract. I cannot get this assembly off to correct the problem. How to get it off!

    The part I cannot remove is item 36 Clutch Drum Assembly 791-153592
