Comment On This Problem

• The Tensioner Snapped will not tighten blade!

  Although, just a novice at the use of this particular saw, it is my opinion that, this 'Tensioner', tightened will in fact; actually 'Tighten' the blade in question. But to what degree, an for how long, and if in actuality it is even really needed? I don't know. (?)
  
  I have found that, no matter what I do-whether it be that I've tightened the blade, with the 'Tensioner', or not; the blade still inevitably breaks, whether pressing very softly on wood stock!
  
  It has come to my attention, that today's blades made for the scroll-saw now-a-days, are less than perfect, an should be made of Titanium, or another equally hard; yet flexible material (Element).
  
  As todays blades 'Snap', once too often for my tastes, no matter if I apply little pressure, or max., min., tension on blade! This is just my opinion though!
  
  In closing the only time todays blades last for any length of time, is when you're cutting very thin wood stock, from 1/4'' to 1/2'' stock, this is the only time the blades will last for any length of time! But, will still break too often!
  
  Unless there is something, some trick-I am not yet aware of! (?) Which there very well may be!
