Need LoveJoy coupling

I have an older Huskee 18.8 ton log splitter with the plastic loveJoy coupling. The coupling blew apart and I need a replacement. There are no ID markngs on this splitter except the label on the cylinder that says Huskee 18.8 Ton. I need the part number or model/serial number to order it. Can anyone help?
