  Cutting line will not feed out
  I have a Poulan PPB150E on which the cutting line has never worked properly. I have tried new spools and have wound a spool myself, but the line will not feed out when I tap the head on the ground and if I manually adjust the two lines to the same length, one line will soon be back inside the spool cover. The line is the correct diameter.

  Will start and run fine until I go to full trottle then will stall out. Removed carb. and cleaned, checked fuel pick up. (good)Don't have the tools to ceck the carb settings and do not know what the settings are. Can anyone help me out?
