  Clogged fuel filter
  Engine cranks, but won't turn over. Replaced spark plug, but problem still remains. Tractor very old, cannot find an engine manual. Owner manual online doesn't show how to change the fuel filter. Can someone give me instructions on how to change the fuel filter?
