  choke lever
  I have an old MTD lawn tractor. The choke plate is stuck closed, and I suspect the manual choke pull is binded or stuck as the cable doesn't seem to move through its sheath (the whole sheath moves back and forth).
  
  I believe I need to replace the cable and/or choke pull, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to take it off at the choke pull lever.
  
  The pull is plastic and I'm afraid of breaking it. I pulled a metal pin out (under the dash), but I can't figure out how to get the rest of it apart.
