    Drive Clutch Cable / Self Propel issues!
    It started when I could not pull the mower backwards, the wheels would lock. after removing the wheels, cleaning the wheel gears and looking underneath for possible problems, I realized that when the drive clutch lever was pulled, it would not fully release. Possibly, a new cable will do the trick? New problem, can't find a online manual without paying $30 bucks.
