  I inherited a Craftsman snow thrower last summer but the operators manual didnt come with it... The model # is 247.889990.. I cannot find this model # in your list of manuals to get online... can you please help out with this situation?

  The trigger mechanism on the chute control joystic
  The trigger mechanism on the chute control joystick does not release the lock hold ing trhe chute in place. This prevents the joystick from moving the chute left or right. The must be some means to adjuist the cable so the trigger will release the chute to swing freely. How is this cable adjusted?
