self propel front wheel drive toro mower
the cable attached to self propel handle bar is very lose-suspect missing or broken spring- how do i take cover off from front wheel drive machine. model 20016, ser # 250003442. thank you-joe

toro lx 420 lawn tractor
drive belt in mower deck will pop out of pulley on the left side of the tractor and thereby disengage cutting blades. i've taken bracket off and put belt back in pulley and wiill work for 3/4 uses before the same thing happens again.
noticed that the extension spring that connects to the pto cable …

Toro 20016 Walk-behind Mower
Hello...mower will not turn off when the brake bail is released. This is a 22in Recycler Lawnmower, 2004 (SN 240000001-240999999). I can get the mower to stop by applying pressure to the brake, thus removing some slack from the brake cable. Any help is greatly appreciated.....Ed

Deck belt slips on LX-420
Is there a belt tension adjustment on the deck belt for the LX-420?

pto will not engage
pto will not engage. when it is unpluged, there is 14volts coming from plug that plugs into pto plug. however when it is plugged into the pto plug, al power is lost. thanks for any help.

TORO BELTS

no reverse
no idea on adjustments possible or checks to make on why mower won't operate in reverse. mower tries to move in reverse and depending on grade may creep a little in reverse. advice?
